Hassle-Free Returns

You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original, unworn condition. To ensure a smooth return process, the following guidelines must be followed:

• Items must be in "like-new" condition, without any signs of wear, resizing, or modification by third parties.
• All returns must include the original packaging, certificates (if applicable), and be free from any damage or alteration.
• For loose diamonds, the original grading certificate must be included. If this certificate is missing, a replacement fee will apply.

Return Guidelines

To ensure that your return or exchange goes as smoothly as possible, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Condition: Returned items must be in "like-new" condition. Jewelry showing signs of wear, resizing, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged and insured during return shipping. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transit.
• Documentation: For loose diamonds, the original grading certificate must accompany the return. A replacement fee will apply if the certificate is missing.
• International Orders: Returns from outside the country are welcome, but the customer is responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.
• Custom & Special Orders: Items that are custom-made, engraved, or made to order are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Non-Resizable Designs: Certain ring styles, such as eternity bands or tension settings, cannot be resized. We recommend confirming your correct ring size prior to purchase, and our team is happy to assist you with sizing advice.

Returning Your Item

To begin a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team for a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for the return process. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be processed and the refund to be reflected in your account.
